  1. Nice list! How about a cherry on top? Mark Driscoll from Mars Hill in seattle. Spoke at Piper’s conference this year. Funny guy, solid theology, loves & honours his Bible, loves Jesus more than all the rest. http://www.marshillchurch.org – blogs at http://www.theresurgence.com

Thanks for setting up this site. Don’t get tired of posting! This one is worth it and seriously needed in Scotland just now!

  2. Thanks for your encouragement Liam. I’ve heard Driscoll several times and its interesting that he often preaches for over an hour to a church full of 20 somethings. His book Confessions of a Reformation Rev is one of the few pieces of writing that has made me laugh out loud. One minor reservation is that he sometimes pushes the boundaries of acceptable language, but I think that he’s maturing in that area too.

  3. That’s a great list! I look forward to seeing this site develop.

By the way, thanks for the link in your blogroll.

  4. Hi Colin
Great to be introduced to you your site. I’m looking forward to seeing how it develops over the coming months. I thought I might add you to the links on my blog if that is ok.

  5. Steve, can I say how much I’ve appreciated your series on preparing an expository sermon. Its a reminder that faithful preaching demands much of us.

Scott, thanks for the link; and I love that William Booth quote on your recent post.

  6. Welcome to the blogosphere…I would add James MacDonald from Harvest Bible Chapel (walkintheword.com) to your list!

    Merry Christmas!
